About Me.

Hi there, my name is Karen.. I am a wife, and a mom to both humans and dogs. Our son is in college so technically I am not a stay-at-home mom since there is no one around to "mom", but I am retaining that title since we still have dogs. Our family recently relocated to a new city, so I have been overseeing a whole house renovation, what a blast. Yes, construction is messy and stressful, but it's been fun seeing our ideas come to life. Along the way I have found some great finds that I can't wait to share with y'all. We are in the over 40 crowd (okay that number could possibly be higher but I believe they say "age is just a number" right????). Since we are in the "no child at home" era, we are living life a little differently, which is where this website comes in. Life has settled down with the move being over, and the renovations coming to an end. Now I have the free time and am ready to start my new chapter. I want to connect with other women and share ideas and feel inspired, I hope this website provides this for me and for you!
