Our New Addition

So. we recently completed a whole home renovation which was a ton of fun! This house was a little smaller which allowed us to go in and remove all the 80's luster and make her into the modern home we wanted. Well just as renovations were wrapping up and everything was clean, new, and smelling like a model home, our son came home from college for the weekend and brought a friend with him......Ted. Ted is 130 pounds of love, slobber, drool, hair and other items I won't mention, and he wants to share them all! This new addition is an 18-month-old Bull Mastiff puppy who needed a home, and we were the lucky family to get him. It's funny how timing can be so wrong and yet so right. I was over the moon to have my sparkling clean new flooring and paint. Soon after Ted arrived, they were covered with hair and slobber, and I wouldn't have it any other way. Funny how things can change in a blink of an eye. That was the last thing I wanted at the time, but he turned out to be such a blessing. I now have another cohort to discuss amazon purchases with (he always agrees I should buy haha) and something else to bring joy to our home.

As I mentioned, Ted sobers incessantly and unfortunately, I can't change that, but this product has helped so much with shedding. It has reduced the amount of shedding by about 50%!

So, after eating a hole in the garage drywall, I decided he may need something healthier to occupy his need to chew. This toy has filled that need! Keep in mind, it sounds like it a ten-pound weight when it hits the floor and smells a little BUT, he loves chewing on it and that is helping us to preserve all remaining drywall, shoes and furniture!
